Answers :
1.      There are so many definitions and explanations to describe what sociolinguistic is. Some linguists try to picture it by their own perspectives. They believe that sociolinguistic is a part or branch of linguistic studied how language is used in society and all of them agree with this statement, event the way to express this aspect is different each other. Let we see C.Criper & H.G.Widdowson said that
Sociolinguistic is the study of language operation, it’s purposes to investigate how the convention of the language uses relation to other aspects of social behavior.In other source, Nancy Parrot Hickerson (1980) said that “Sociolinguitic is a developing subfield of linguistics which takes speech variation as it’s focus, viewing variation or it social context. Sociolinguistics is concerned with the correlation between such social factors and linguistics variation.” From the statements above, we may take important point that sociolinguistic is a study between language and society seen from some aspects, such as : purposing, changing, application language in society, etc.

2.      Probably, each people have their own perspective selaves to express why they learn sociolinguitic. Among so many reasons, i would like to mention some reasons namely :
a.       As closer approching to comperhand language in application of human society. Here, we are able to more understand about it from necessary, purpose, interest aspects, etc in human society.
b.      Learning how can it appears, grows, changes into new language or how it has some variations and ommits from human life. We must pay serious attention for this one because language is important media to comunicate and influence culture, for instance : Sangsekerta that had been extinct.
c.       Teaching and developing idea of this content.
d.      To know more culture in human society
e.       Learning language behavior used people in some places, for instance : market, bank and school. From those places have different characteristics in using language, not only caused of backround of place, but it is also influndec by behavior to use language.
f.       To comperhand role of language society. Some languages have role either as grammatical or tradision, such as : taboo words, idomatics, etc.

3.      Talking about relation between language and society are difficult aspect that cannot be separated in human life. In reality, language has important role to communicate with others people. It is seemed like a door without a key. In other side also society has big portion to communicate. Without society either place or human, language cannot play it’ role because society becomes source of language development. So that, language and society is two different aspect, but have strong relation each other.

4.      Actually, lingustic is divided into two parts such as pure and applied linguistics. For pure, it consist of phonology, morphology, syntax, and semantic. In this side, study language just focus on langauage self. While in applied side, it has so many branches. It is caused of applied linguistic focuses on every human aspects such, sociolinguistic, physycolingustic, antropology, etc.
a.       Phonology is a study about sounds and places of language
b.      Morphology is a study about word forming
c.       Syntax is a study about grammatical of language
d.      Semantic is a study about meaning
e.       Sociolinguistic is a study about application language in human society
f.       Physycolingustic is a study about process of using language since early age
g.      Antopology is a study about relation between history and language.

5.      Standart language is a referece used to value a language considered of :
a.       Sistematic : any word has formation
b.      Arbitter : language has relation each other, even it is different each other to express something
c.       meaning : every words have meaning included a artical or symbol
d.      communicative : there is interaction between speaker and listener
e.       applicated in human society
For instance : “i bring this bag for you to provide my love.”

6.      -  Language is media to communicate each other used by human.
- Dialect can be defined as standard language, or Prestige Dialect used in business, education, and media.
- While, Accent is a pattern or manner of pronunciation. It may identify the locality in which its speakers reside. (geographical or regional accent). It can indicate the socio-economic status of its speakers, their ethnicity or social class.

7.      Formal       : “Good morning ledieas and gentelman.”
Informal    : “Good morning guys”

8.      Social behavior influences language variation
9.      Pidgin : is a language with no native speakers : it is no one's first language but is a contact language
10.  Sometimes, many people switch or mix their language caused of many reasons. For me, the reason of people do that cause of :
a.       They are learning language by combination two or more languages. by doing this method, learner is easier to get and comperhand the use of language.
b.      Combination language, make speaker more elegant or following a trend by colaboration language. in 2017, colaboration language is familliar aspect that can we see from our enviromment, for instance : “kids jaman Now ...!” or “ oii,,oi Follow Ig aku yah..”
c.       Using combination method such as code mising and switching also to make listener or reader easier to understand what writer’s or speaker’s means
d.      They want to teach their students by using interactive words, then it becomes great method to introduce some terms for them

11.  Example of code switching and mixing
Code Switching : A : Hi Rendi, where are you going ?
                          R : Nak ke pusaro sir.
                          A : Pusaro ? what is that ?
                          R : Ooh.. i mean burial place sir.
                          A : Ahh.. i see. May i join with you ?
                          R : Yeah..of course.
Code mixing : Haduuuhh.. pesawat delay pula.
